Setje armbanden

Het spelen met kralen blijft toch wel erg leuk, ik kon het daarom ook niet laten om nog een aluminium armband te maken voor bij de armband met tekst die ik al had (en bijna elke dag draag, jeej!).

I still like playing with beads, so I couldn’t resist to make another aluminum bracelet to match the one with tekst that I already made (and wear almost every day!).

Ik gebruikte er Swarovski’s voor en zoetwaterparels, dat blijft toch wel een favoriete combinatie.
En aan de zijkant stempelde ik Nicollie.

I used Swarovski beads and fresh water pearls, my favorite combination.
On the side I stamped Nicollie.

 

Mus en hert

Zo net voor de Kerst kocht ik een hertje en een musje. Zoo schattig!
Van aardewerk, glimmend wit.
Maar wel een beetje saai.

Dus ik vrolijkte ze wat op.
Mus wilde graag een kettinkje. Van échte zoetwaterparels. Ieniemienie klein.

Just before Christmas I bought a deer and a bird. Soo cute! Made from shiny pottery. But a bit dull though… So I altered them a bit.
Bird wanted a necklace. Made of real fresh water pearls. Teeny tiny ones.

En hert had zijn zinnen gezet op oorbellen. (Hert is eigenlijk een wijnstop, daarom zit hij op een fles). En tsja, met Kerst om de hoek was de keuze voor de bellen snel gemaakt. 😉

And deer wanted earrings. (Actually deer is a wine cork, that’s why he’s sitting on a bottle).
And well, with Christmas around the corner, the choice for these earrings was easy.

Gezellig, toch? Weer twee tevreden beestjes erbij in huize Nicollie.

Doesn’t that look nice? Another two happy creatures at my place.
